Why We Fight for Community Banks

A letter from our CEO:

We at Community Bank of the Bay are as upset as you are at what has occurred in our economy, and who caused it. The large banks were the primary culprits and bear much of the blame. Small community banks like Community Bank of the Bay are victims just like other individuals and small businesses.

As a small bank we have decided to fight back by educating our clients and others by posting comments by the President of the Independent Community Banks of America (ICBA) on our Web Site. We will also archive past letters so everyone can see how small banks are being victimized by 'the too big to fail' thinking by politicians and others.

If you have questions or comments on any of these letters, please feel free to contact me.
