  1. Contact your credit card company and your financial Institution to close your accounts.
  2. Call the three major credit bureaus (see phone #s below) to alert them your identity has been compromised and stolen.

    Request a "fraud alert" be placed on your file.

    No new credit to be granted without your approval.
