Credit Analyst (San Jose Office)

  • Develops and analyzes credit information pertaining to more complex commercial and business loans.
  • Prepares or assists in the preparation of credit reports for presentation to loan officers, senior credit personnel and or committees.
  • Furnishes information relative to credit inquiries and provides assistance to loan officers and managers.
  • Prepares cash flow analysis, summaries, presents facts and may offer opinions concerning credit worthiness

Assistant Vice President –Commercial Loan Officer (San Jose Office)

  • Makes and services a variety of business and individual loans and lines of credit both secured and unsecured.
  • Calls on potential or existing customers to develop new business and increase or retain existing business relationships.
  • Keeps informed as to the status of loans in their portfolio.
  • Provides financial counsel to current and prospective customers.
  • Handles all but the more complex types of loans.

Business Banking Senior Officer-Regional Group Manager (San Jose Office)

  • Coordinates and supervises the lending activities, business development program and officer call schedules of a business/commercial loan officer team.
  • Assists team members with complex account relationships.
  • Recommends credit to appropriate authority.
  • Calls on major commercial accounts to develop new relationships with prospective clients, retain existing business and promote additional bank services.
  • This job has dual responsibilities: managing significant lending account relationships and coordinating the activities of a team of commercial lenders.

New Accounts Representative (Oakland Office)

  • Performs a variety of duties in promoting and selling bank deposit products to new and existing customers.
  • Opens and processes all types of new accounts.
  • Is knowledgeable of the Bank's products and services and assists customers in choosing appropriate types of accounts.
